Histagra is coordinating the investigation into the mass graves from the Franco regime in Serantes (Ferrol), Orilla (Carral) and Boisaca (Santiago de Compostela) On Tuesday 16 March, the USC and the Provincial Council of A Coruña signed a research agreement under which the HISTAGRA Research Group will coordinate historical, archaeological and forensic research into the mass graves from the Franco regime in Serantes (Ferrol), Beira (Carral) and Boisaca (Santiago de Compostela). The initiative, with a budget of 150,000 euros, will enable research to be carried out, test pits to be dug to establish the actual location of the mass graves, their condition and general state, and the recovery of some of the possible remains of victims at these three strategic sites.To ensure scientific...
