Eva López Quiroga (Lugo, 1996) graduated in Biology (2018) and Master's Degree in Sustainable Development Management (2019) from the University of Vigo, with a half-year academic stay at the Universidad Austral de Chile (2017) with the Scholarship Iberoamerican Banco Santander. She was part of the Education and Cultural Exchange Program declared of Universal Interest by UNESCO "Ruta Quetzal: Adventure in the country of emeralds" in 2015. In 2014 she finished her Professional Degree in Contemporary Dance from the Professional Dance Conservatory of Lugo.

 

In 2019, she was co-founder of SomosTerra Non-Profit Galician Youth Cooperative Society, in which she worked actively for three years as a researcher and consultant in territorial sustainability, agroecology and circular economy, specializing in organic waste management and reduction of ecological footprint in the agri-food field.

 

Currently, he focuses his work on the EO ALIMENTA Food Strategy as a superior management technique and in relation to the research project "ComerEo from the garden to the table - Daniel&Nina Carasso Foundation" at the Interuniversity Research Center of Cultural Atlantic Landscapes (CISPAC) , City of Culture - Santiago de Compostela.
