Conchi López Sánchez (1989, Santiago de Compostela) has a doctorate in History (2021, USC) with the thesis "The coup, the persecutions and the rearguard in the Spanish civil war: social attitudes in Galicia (1936-1939)" . She also has several master's degrees: in Teaching of Compulsory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Professional Training and Language Teaching (2013, USC) and Contemporary History (2015, USC). She was a research support technician in relation to various research projects on Franco's violence in Galicia at the USC Department of History. Her lines of research focus on the Coup of 1936, the civil war and the Franco regime.
