Professor Antonio Míguez Macho will take up his post as dean of the Faculty of Geography and History today, Tuesday 18 February. The ceremony will be presided over by the rector Antonio López at 13:00 hours in the Paraninfo of the University.
Antonio Míguez Macho (Santiago de Compostela, 1979) holds a PhD in History from the University of Santiago de Compostela and was a postdoctoral researcher at The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a Marie Curie and Ramón y Cajal fellow at the USC. He is currently a lecturer in Contemporary History. He is a member of the HISTAGRA Research Group and also of CISPAC.
