Lourenzo Fernández Prieto é organizador da sesión "From Rural Progress to Agricultural Modernisation: 1918-1960"  e coautor da comunicación, From the new peasant to the modern agriculturalist, 1918-1960: a comparison of paradigm shifts between Spain and Portugal.

Alba Díaz Geada é organizadora da sesión "From Peasant Studies to Environmental History: a Comparative Reflection about Theoretical Perspectives and Objects of Study in Rural History", ademais de autora da comunicación, Some notes about historiographical  displacements, resistances and adaptations in  Rural History during the second half of the XXth century.

Bruno Esperante Paramos e Telmo Otero Rodríguez son autores da comunicación: Innovation and technological change throught dairy specialisation and moto-mechanisation 1880-2000. Small scale agriculture and family farming in Galicia.

Miguel Cabo Villaverde forma parte da sesión "The Congrès d’Agriculture and the international networks of agriculturalists (1880s-1930s)" e é autor da comunicación Politics of a Different Kind: Peasant Unions and the Emergence of a New Political Culture in Galicia (Spain), 1890-1936.

O congreso está organizado polo ICAG (Centro de Interfaces de Historia Agraria, Universidad de Lovaina), en colaboración co CORN (Comparative Rural History Red). As conferencias de EURO teñen como obxectivo promover o intercambio de resultados recentes de investigación e fomentar a cooperación entre os estudosos da historia da Europa rural.
