Entre el 30 de marzo y el 2 de abril tuvo lugar en Valencia la European Social Science History Conference organizada por el International Institute of Social History (IISH), y el Institute of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts & Sciences.

El principal objetivo de la conferencia es dar voz a los historiadores que utilizan las técnicas de las ciencias sociales de modo científico, y así dar a conocer sus últimas investigaciones

La participación de HISTAGRA en la conferencia fue mediante el trabajo: Old and New Plants from the Americas to Europe: Potatoes, Corn and the Genetics of Double Hybrid Corn (1800-1940), de Bruno Esperante, Beatriz Corbacho, Miguel Cabo e Lourenzo Fernández.
